This is a great place to trust for your vehicle needs! They let me know what was going on every step of the way. They were quick and did a great job! Would highly recommend. Thanks to Alex for fixing my vehicle.

We had an unexpected sidewall blowout near the tire end of life. The team was able to squeeze us in the first day. The tires are wonderful.

One negligent tech ruined my expierience here by putting the incorrect fuse in my cars fusebox, which caused a bunch of issues that I realized after about 15 yards of driving. Will not go again, if they hire people that foolish then it's not worth the risk. My local independent mechanic would have done better and cheaper.

I was provided wonderful tires and a wheel alignment recently by firestone. I will have to see if it holds up, but I appreciate all the explanations and the work that was done by firestone. I am pleased with the service that I received. Additionally, the honored deals and coupons.

Excellent customer service! Bradley at the front desk was friendly and efficient, going completely out of his way to answer several questions I had. The service tech was also incredibly fast and got my vehicle ready ahead of schedule. Professional, quick, and reliable team—highly recommend!
